Thank you for enrolling in courses offered by Crescere Academy LLP (operating as "Engauge Learning"). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
All sales of courses on the Engauge Learning platform are final. Once you purchase and gain access to any course, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Our courses are digital products that provide immediate access to educational content upon purchase. Once you have access to the course materials, videos, and resources, we cannot "take back" the knowledge or content you have already accessed. Therefore, all sales are considered final.
The only exception to this policy is in cases of:
If you are charged multiple times for the same course due to a technical error on our payment gateway, we will refund the duplicate charge(s).
If we are unable to provide you access to the course due to technical problems on our platform that cannot be resolved within 7 business days, you may request a full refund.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course after purchase, please contact our support team at info@engaugelearning.com. We will work to resolve any genuine technical issues from our side.
In the rare event that a refund is issued under the exceptions mentioned above, please note that payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
